Certain clouds? Which clouds?

Certain clouds is a phrase that came into my mind when I was descending in an airplane and noticed that there were layers of clouds, but also certain clouds that were floating alone, not part of any layer. Or did I get the idea when a guy put on a pair of pants I'd made him and said it was like wearing a cloud? One of those things...I've been sewing since I was three, and costuming is a way of life for me. Los Angeles is my home, but I'm not necessarily bound by geography.
