The Mental Body/Plane of Existence
Our thoughts are very strong; stronger than you can imagine. At least that's what many people think. What we think can become a physical reality in this world in which we live.
Think good thoughts as much as you can as often as you can.
That doesn't mean we have to have pure thoughts every moment of every day but try to think good thoughts as much as possible. If a negative thought should enter your mind and you notice it then try to replace it with a positive thought. If you can't get rid of the negative thought, just let it be for a while until it becomes not so strong, then think positive thoughts. If you really can't get rid of that negative thought then watch a movie. Even a dark movie will do. I like dark movies! Well, some of them. Certain ones. They sometimes help clear the cobwebs. Then watch a happy movie. Then think positive thoughts.
Also meditation and affirmations will help in creating good thoughts throughout the day. Check out the rest of this site for meditations and affirmations for you to use. You can also do a google search for different types of meditations and affirmations.
